service to our solution providing approach,
and One-Stop-Supplier philosophy.
Working in supply-chain, according to the just-in-time deliveries, is a fast-changing environment. Therefore, we experience the need to provide a Fast Track Service option to avoid production delays or even production stoppages.
Consequently, we have developed the Resolux Fast Track Service, where we can guarantee pick and pack within 2 working days, for all items in stock.
Taking advantage of the Fast Track Service comes with a fee of € 95,- to cover the costs generated because of the additional work.
The normal expected pick and pack time for Non Fast Track Service orders varies according to workload, and it typically consider 5-10 working days.
For all Fast Track Service orders, please state this clearly on the PO and in the E-Mail.
